“Robin Helfritch is a wonderful teacher who exudes patience, kindness, and a deep understanding about the body, breathing and many forms of yoga. The personal, breath-centered yoga she teaches has to be one of the most gentle, yet powerful styles I have participated in. I feel balanced, breath better, and feel healthy.”

“When I was invited to attend a yoga class a few months back my initial feeling was there is no way my wired brain would ever enjoy this. Well, after taking just one of Robin’s classes I knew that I was wrong. Upon meeting her she makes you feel that we knew each other for years which made my first class feel so welcoming as I had no idea about yoga at all. With her soothing voice she explains the breathing and reminds us it is not a competition and we should not feel any pain at all. Before leaving I immediately signed up to be in the class and after my eighth session I cannot shout out loud enough how much I love it. Robin truly is a kind, caring, loving person and I have yet to leave a class not feeling relaxed and confident that just being myself is fine. She makes us feel like we are part of her family. She makes us feel that she truly cares for us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Robin is. I know I will be attending many more of her classes for sure!!!!”
